Five-Day Eastern Ontario & Quebec Excursion
Our Excursion trips offer five days of riding excitement. These rides are suitable for all road-legal bikes, from dual-purpose to touring, but they will be run at a spirited pace with daily distances in the 500 km range. You must feel comfortable riding this distance daily. We'll be taking adequate breaks for coffee/lunch/gas along the way as well as stops at points of interest. Each night, we'll be staying in motels/inns, and will make dinner reservations for the group. Relaxing over a good meal with new friends and recounting the day's experiences is a great way to end every day.
Our five-day excursion to Quebec has the advantage of riding to the Laurentides in Quebec from Canada Rides HQ. On this ride, you will get to experience some great roads in Ontario, both outbound and inbound. With no major highways included, the route is run exclusively on secondary paved roads. Traversing central and southeastern Ontario before jumping into La Belle Province, you'll experience a variety of scenery and roads as we wind along on our adventure. The price of the four-day Quebec excursion is $225/rider. Book before March 4th and save 33%.

All overnights will be in motels or at private locations, no camping.
What is included on the four-day excursion:

Organize all routes from beginning to end, so you can just show up and ride!

Provide tips and hints ahead of time on things to pack, helping you prepare for your adventure. For Road Tours, GPX route files are provided before the trip so you can load them in your GPS.

Recommend all accommodations and evening meals.

Ensure our routes have sufficient rest stops for gas and food with alternate routing if necessary.

Guides carry tools to do trail-side repairs for most common problems (punctured tires, basic fixes). For Road Tours, CAA Plus is recommended.

With satellite tracking for the group, we provide a link you can share with family and friends.

A guide for the entire journey ensures the group stays together.

Trip Itinerary
Day 1
Barrie to Mont Laurier
Heading east from Canada Rides HQ, we'll head into the Kawarthas, hitting some of the best roads in central Ontario: Highway 507, Old Buckhorn Road and Elephant Lake Road among others. Crossing into Quebec at Portage-Du-Fort, we'll take gorgeous secondary roads to Mont Laurier.
Day 4
Bancroft to Huntsville
We head east from Bancroft and into the Kawarthas; then through some scenic roads towards Huntsville.
Day 2
Mont Laurier to Mont Tremblant
We'll start the day heading south almost to the St. Lawrence before heading north again to the Mont Tremblant area. A large circle route though some amazing back roads will bring us back to Mont Tremblant for the night.
Day 5
Huntsville to Home
Our final day still has some great riding in store as we head south towards Canada Rides HQ where we'll say our farewells.
Day 3
Mont Tremblant to Bancroft
Our last day in Quebec, we'll be taking a different route up to Mont Laurier, then head south through some winding roads to cross back into Ontario. More back-road riding will bring us to Bancroft.
